HALLO AMSTERDAM

Matkoilla on aina kiva tutustua uusiin paikkoihin kamera kädessä. Halusinkin jakaa nämä tänään Amsterdamissa ottamani kuvat täällä ja herättää samalla blogin eloon vähän pidemmän tauon jälkeen.

Tällä matkalla emme ehtineet viettää Amsterdamissa päivää kauempaa, mutta kaupunki vaikutti sen verran kivalta, että sinne pitää päästä vielä uudestaankin. 

It's such a nice way to explore new places by walking around with a camera. I took these photos today in Amsterdam and wanted to share them here and update the blog after a long time.

On this trip we had only one day to spend in Amsterdam but the city seemed so nice that I definitely want to go there again.

OUR FAVORITE PLACE IN PRAGUE

In this case too, pictures will tell you more than a thousand words, how beautiful the area of Prague castle is. There's also our favourite place to take outfit pics in Prague. All the colourful houses, flowers and cobblestone streets make a cute background for photos. The view from the hill is also worth seeing. We decided to have a little coffee break at Starbucks, which is located right next to Prague castle and has probably better view than any other Starbucks.

FIRST STOP PRAGUE

To begin our little journey in Europe we flew to Prague few weeks ago. We spent there two days, just walking around and enjoying the sunny weather. In the summertime Prague is quite crowded and especially the most popular tourist attractions were full of tourists (Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square and the Astronomical clock, etc.)

Anyway, that didn't bother us since we had already seen all the most important sights so we just strolled around and took lots of pictures, as usual. And Prague really is a perfect city for that because there are beautiful buildings everywhere and cute small alleys and gardens.

BENALMADENA PUEBLO

Pueblo on Benalmádenan vanha kaupunginosa. Siellä on paljon ihania valkoisia taloja ja kauniita puutarhoja. Pueblo sijaitsee 200 m merenpinnan yläpuolella, joten sieltä on upeat näkymät rannikolle. Pueblossa kävimme muutamaan otteeseen loman aikana, koska siellä oli ihana kävellä, käydä jäätelöllä tai syömässä.


Pueblo is an old village in Benalmadena. There you can find white-fronted buildings and so many beautiful gardens full of pink flowers. In Pueblo is also an old church. It sits on the edge of the hill and affords fantastic views over the coastline, as this town sits about 200m above mean sea level. I loved this place so much with it's  beautiful alleys,  flowers,  pretty houses and little restaurants.

BENALMADENA

Moikka kaikille! Olin siis jonkin aikaa sitten lomalla Espanjassa ja ajattelin tehdä matkastani muutaman postauksen :). Olimme pari viikkoa aurinkorannikolla Benalmadena nimisessä kaupungissa. Parin viikon aikana kiertelimme hieman eri paikoissa ja nähtävyyksissä. 

Hi! I was in Spain this summer and I decided to do couple of blogposts of this trip. We stayed two weeks in a small town called Benalmadena. :) We also drove around the coast in different places.

We visited Marbella couple of times because it was so near to us and there is so much to do like shopping, playing tennis, swimming... In Marbella is also a harbor called Puerto Banus which is definitely worth seeing. 💙

STROLLING AROUND MONACO

Monacoon pääsee kätevästi Nizzasta alle tunnissa bussilla tai junalla. Halusimme mennä bussilla, sillä maisemat reitin varrella ovat upeita. Saavuimme Monacoon keskipäivän aikoihin ja lähdimme kävellen kiertelemään ympäriinsä. Monaco on pinta-alaltaan niin pieni, että ehdimme muutamassa tunnissa näkemään kaikki haluamamme paikat. Kävimme myös kuuluisassa Monte Carlon kasinossa sisällä. Olimme onneksemme tarpeeksi siististi pukeutuneita, sillä kasinolle ei pääse missä tahansa vaatteissa sisään. Suosittelen päiväretkeä Monacoon kaikille lähistöllä liikkuville, sillä paikka on näkemisen arvoinen. 

You can easily get from Nice to Monaco by bus or train and it takes less than an hour. We took bus from the Port of Nice and the scenery on the bus route was really beautiful. 

Monaco is so small that we could just walk around and  in few hours we had seen everything we had planned. We were also able to visit the famous Casino of Monte Carlo since we weren't wearing sandals or trainers.  I  definitely recommend visiting Monaco if you happen to be nearby.
