DER HOFGARTEN

Puiston keskellä on pieni temppeli, Dianatempel // There's a little temple in the middle of the park // Im Zentrum des Gartens steht ein kleiner Tempel, Dianatempel.

Halusimme käydä Münchenissä vielä kerran, ennen kuin kaverini lähtee junalla Stuttgartiin toisten tuttujen luokse. Sää oli hieman sateinen, mutta kuitenkin lämmin. Tällä kertaa kävelimme kauniiseen puistoon, jossa otimme kuvia. Sen jälkeen söimme lounasta kivassa ravintolassa ja ostimme tietenkin jäätelöt. Täällä lähes jokapaikasta saa maidottomia sorbetteja, ja olenkin tähän mennessä syönyt joka päivä jäätelöä, haha. 

We wanted to go to Munich once again, before my friend leaves to Stuttgart to visit another German family. The weather was a bit rainy but warm. This time we walked to a beautiful park where we took some photos. After that we had lunch  and of course ice cream. Here you can get dairy-free sorbets almost everywhere, and so far I've eaten an ice cream per day, haha.

Wir wollten noch mal nach München fahren, bevor meine Freundin nach Stuttgart fährt, um eine andere deutsche Familie zu besuchen. Das Wetter war regnerisch, aber trotzdem angenehm warm. Dieses mal sind wir in einen schönen Park gelaufen, wo wir Fotos gemacht haben. Dann haben wir in einem schönen Restaurant gegessen und natürlich Eis gekauft. Hier gibt es fast immer viele milchfreie Sorbets und bisher habe ich jeden Tag Eis gegessen, haha.

BEACH DAZE

Perjantai iltana kävimme ottamassa kuvia aivan asuntomme vieressä ja täytyy myöntää, että kuvailu on paljon mukavampaa juuri ennen auringonlaskua kuin keskellä päivää helteessä.

Tänään aamulla heräsin ja lähdin lenkille rannalle. Olen tehnyt niin melkein joka aamu, koska täällä on niin ihanat maisemat ja sää on lähes joka päivä aurinkoinen. Itse tykkään lähteä lenkille viimeistään yhdeksältä, koska muuten sää muuttuu jo liiankin kuumaksi. Ennen lounasta ehdimme käydä altaalla uimassa. Lounaalla söimme paellaa, koska eihän Espanjassa voi käydä ja olla syömättä paellaa! Se on ehdottomasti yksi lempiruoistani. Tänään suunnitelmissa on  lähteä vielä rannalle ja illalla menen kavereiden kanssa ulos.

On Friday night we went out to take some pictures and I have to admit that it was a lot nicer to take pictures just before sunset than in a mid of the day in the heat. 

Today morning I went for a run as I have done almost everyday because the weather is just so great and I love long walks/runs on the beach. You can't underestimate the power of a run or a loooong walk on the beach barefoot in Spain. But I have to leave before 9 am because the weather is so warm. Before lunch we had time to go swim to the pool and for lunch we had paella. It's my favorite food here. Today we are still going to the beach and then I am going out with my friends.

SUNNY CITY - SEVILLA

Cathedral of Seville. It is the largest Gothic cathedral and the third-largest church in the world.

Fun fact, Barcelona ei ole ainut hieno näkemisen arvoinen kaupunki Espanjassa.

Teimme muutama päivä sitten autoretken Sevillaan. Kävimme siellä katsomassa nähtävyyksiä, kiertelemässä kauppoja sekä lounaalla. Sevilla sijaitsee sisämaassa, joten siellä on aina todella kuuma. Kaupungilla kierrellessämme mittari näytti reippaasti yli kolmeakymmentä astetta. Onneksi kaupoissa on yleensä hyvä tuuletus! Heh.

Kävimme Sevillan linnoituksessa, Alcatraz of Seville, jossa kierteimme muutaman tunnin. Linnoitus oli todella mahtava. Linnan sisätilat olivat valtavat ja niin oli  puutarhakin. Kiersimme linnan ja vähän puutarhaa, mutta kuumuuden takia kaikki olivat jo väsyneitä, joten suuntasimmekin jo sitten lounaalle.

Fun fact, Barcelona isn't the only city in Spain which is worth visiting.

Couple days ago we made a day visit to Seville. We visited the Alcatraz of Seville, ate lunch and shopped a little (ofc). Seville is the largest city in Andalusia and after the city of Cordoba, Seville has the hottest summer in Europe. When we were in the old town there was about 35 Celsius. Luckily shops have usually a great air-conditioning! Hahah.

The Alcatraz of Seville was truly a wonderful palace. It is right in the centre of an amazing city. The gardens are lovely and there are plenty of shady areas. Walking through the palace gives you a feeling of what life was like back then, and lets you imagine what some of the different rooms were used for.

In the Alcatraz there were so much to see that we didn't have enough time or energy (due to the heat) to wander the gardens, so I would definitely visit them again. So if you are going there, make sure you have plenty of time, you wouldn't want to miss anything!
